Jenai Tidwell, MA, LPC-S, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an LPC Supervisor in Texas. She maintains a group private practice, Fowler and Tidwell Counseling, and is the Clinical Director for The Hartwell Clinic, a holistic mental health practice.
With over 14 years of experience as a professional counselor and a graduate of Saint Xavier University with a masters specializing in Community Counseling, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. She has also worked with inmates in individual and group settings in adult corrections. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, substance abuse, co-dependency, mindfulness, women’s issues.
Jenai is an interactive CBT therapist with an emphasis on holistic mental health. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support, education, and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized, tailored approach to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with clients to help them build upon their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
In addition to her clinical work, Jenai believes outreach and education are key to creating lasting change within her community. She co-founded Be Well Health Resources, a consulting company that focuses on individuals and communities by providing education about holistic health and connections to comprehensive wellness resources.
